Annie Murray was a Lead Negotiator at Rora, and has been negotiating professionally for almost 2 years. Prior to this, she was a recruiter at Amazon for their Loss Prevention positions within fulfillment centers, and she also was a recruiter at Microsoft in the University Recruiting department. Lauren Pasquarella Daley, PhD was Vice President, Head of Product Partnership and Innovation Lead, Women and the Future of Work Initiative, where she led the organization-wide Women and the Future of Work strategic initiative for Catalyst. In this role, Lauren led all aspects of program management for our Future of Work learning solutions, including business development, relationship management, and product marketing, and coordinated our future of work efforts across multiple departments. Lauren served as Catalyst’s subject matter expert on women and the future of work, developing the key priority areas which position women at the forefront of changes and where organizations can leverage inclusive workplaces to build a more equitable future of work.
