About Nashae
Nashae Roundtree is the Founder of Her Skill Academy, a community for first-gen women navigating rooms we were never given a playbook for.

She built HSA because she lived it, from Chicago humble beginnings to JPMorgan Chase, Goldman Sachs, Harvard MBA, Techstars, and now fintech product management.

At every step, she was the first in her family to figure it out. She learned the hard way what it costs to navigate alone, Googling answers late at night while other people could simply call home.

Her Skill Academy exists so first-gen women don’t have to do that anymore.

Today, Nashae leads in fintech while building the community she wishes she had, a place where ambitious women can ask the questions they were told to hide, talk through life-changing decisions, and find their people.
