Nashae Roundtree grew up on the South Side of Chicago as a first-generation college student. She went on to Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan Chase, Harvard Business School, and Techstars. At every step, she was figuring it out alone.
She spent thousands of hours developing the skills that would land her dream promotions and a six-figure salary. When she got to Harvard, she went looking for more. A hub where ambitious women could build real leadership skills in the age of AI. A place designed for us, not retrofitted for us. It didn't exist. So she built it herself.
Today she leads AI and frontend product strategy for a ~$4Bn fintech business and builds the doors she used to pray for.
Because of that first yes, dozens of women landed promotions, raised capital, launched companies, and began leading in spaces that had spent years making them feel like they didn't belong.
