About Her Skill Academy
Her Skill Academy (HSA) was born from a simple belief: ambitious women deserve the skills, confidence, and community to lead in the age of AI.
In 2023, we launched our first pilot inside Techstars. The results spoke for themselves: 90% weekly engagement, 100 NPS, and 4× oversubscribed without paid marketing. What began as an experiment has become a proven platform helping women accelerate their careers and lead ahead of their peers.
Today, HSA partners with ambitious individuals and forward-thinking organizations to close the AI leadership gap—turning high-potential women into leaders who drive transformation, train teams, and deliver measurable results.
Equipping Ambitious Women to Lead in the Age of AI
Our Mission
To equip ambitious women with the skills, confidence, and community needed to lead in the age of AI—accelerating careers, increasing earning potential, and creating opportunities for themselves and their communities.
Our Founder
Nashae Roundtree is the Founder of Her Skill Academy, a Techstars-backed venture equipping women with the skills, confidence, and community to lead in the era of AI.
A Harvard MBA and Fortune 500 Product Leader, Nashae has spent 8+ years shaping technology and innovation at Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan, and Fifth Third Bank. Today, she leads front-end AI product development in fintech while building Her Skill Academy into a platform that accelerates careers and develops leaders.
Born and raised on Chicago's South Side and a proud first-generation college graduate, Nashae learned early how to create opportunity without a roadmap—fueling her belief that access, accountability, and community can transform lives.
She built Her Skill Academy after seeing the gap firsthand: talented women with ambition but no structured path to lead with AI. Today, she's building the structured path she wishes existed—for women who are done feeling behind and ready to lead ahead.
